Green Ledger Solutions is a unique accounting and business consulting group, in St. Petersburg FL, of various professionals with decades of experience in a wide variety of disciplines.  We work on a project manager based platform, which is the key to a successful consulting project. We take the guesswork, hard decisions, and necessary re-training out of employee and managers hands to create an efficient and organized business.

Caryn Sendera

In 1996 I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. I always planned on starting my own business and felt that my time in school was best suited learning about people. In 2001, I opened Glass Pros of Tampa and managed the business until we sold in 2016. My experience owning my own business taught me how to find efficiencies in managing a company’s finances. While I manage the books for clients across a dozen different industries, my true expertise lies within numerous construction trades. Working to expand my knowledge, in 2009 I became a licensed Real Estate agent in the Tampa Bay Area for Smith & Associates.

Matthew Skopek

Matthew Skopek is a Finance and Accounting professional with over ten years of experience in the private and public sectors. Matthew has extensive experience in accounting standards implementation, financial statement analysis, financial reporting, financial modeling, data analysis, bookkeeping, process improvement and is a licensed life insurance agent.

Matthew graduated with a Bachelor’s in finance, economics, and accounting. Then went on to earn his Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Management at North Central College of Naperville, IL. Previously, he was an Accountant at McKinsey & Company, one of the oldest and largest of the “Big Three” management consultancies, the world’s most prestigious strategy consulting firms.

When not working, he is an avid kayaker. Matthew also advocates philanthropy and is an active volunteer for Americans for Prosperity.

Fixed accounting fees are agreed to in advance and not dependent on income level. Hourly fees include a personal account manager, same day response, tax planning and filing, and mobile notary services.
